Job Description

Our client located in Rochester, NH is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Operators to join their growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience in a clean room production environment. Successful candidates will assemble medical-related products by following detailed work instructions and quality standards.

Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow assembly procedures and work instructions to accurately assemble products.
  • Perform a variety of assembly tasks
  • Conduct visual inspections and identify quality concerns.
  • Complete required production documentation and records.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and quality procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Work collaboratively within a team-oriented manufacturing setting.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
  • Electro-mechanical assembly experience is a plus.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to count accurately and measure using a ruler.
  • Experience with soldering, crimping, testing, inspection, or similar manufacturing processes is preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in a clean room environment and wearing required protective equipment, including hairnets, gloves, gowns, safety glasses, and shoe covers.
